He explained that less than 5% of people in the world of a university level education. And he told us that our education wasn’t for ourselves alone but it was our responsibility to use our education to serve others. … When I was in the darkest days of my clinical depression, I remember how focused I was on myself. I focused on how much pain I was in how much I was suffering and how miserable I felt. I was completely self-centered. But when I had the clarity of mind to pick up my head and look around and see that despite my own situation I still had the ability to help others even in small ways. And I began to heal.
