Brain Dump

This exercise is designed to help you lay out all the to-dos you have rambling around in your head, and get them all down on paper.

Once you have them on paper, you can begin to map them out on your calendar and see what you need to be doing when.

Follow these steps:

  1. Download and complete this Brain Dump exercise (right click and download word document)
  2. Once complete, upload it to your Dropbox folder (ideally at least 2 hours before your intensive so I have time to review it)
  3. Create a calendar in Google. Give it your name and share it with my gmail address: tara.agacayak@gmail.com. We will use this to plot out your schedule.
