I’m used to living in duality.
I live in two places, two religions, two cultures, two continents, two languages, two countries.
Living in between requires you to find a way to be both –
to navigate your way between the two,
and neither – to discover yourself amidst the division.
Some say digital space is unreal, that it is a place to escape.
But there are many of us, me included, for whom it has become a tether to what is essential.
Julie Daley describes it as “a million stars tied together … a connection of souls sharing the essence of who they are and what they are here to do.”
She likens our digital connections to constellations!
Those of us flung far from where we started well know its power to connect us to “home“.
And how it lets us be who we are,
and do what we love
no matter where we are
or what the circumstances.
Because I think all technology is designed to enhance what we are already inclined to do anyway.
It doesn’t hinder us, it deepens us.
How has digital space given you insight into yourself?
